id 获取单个已保存云浏览器配置文件的完整状态。使用此端点检查特定配置文件的当前 runtime.status，在运行时获取其 connectUrl，或在启动和关闭期间轮询。响应形状与列表端点返回的 data 数组中的配置文件对象相同，但直接返回，没有外层包装。此端点接受 x-api-key、Authorization: Bearer 会话 JWT 或 Dashboard 会话 Cookie 进行认证。
