Fetch the full state of a single saved cloud browser profile by its persistent
id. Use this endpoint to check the current runtime.status of a specific profile, retrieve its connectUrl when running, or poll during startup and shutdown. This endpoint accepts x-api-key, a session JWT in Authorization: Bearer <token>, or a dashboard session cookie.
